Condition
Watches in new old stock condition are getting harder to source every day. We are proud to provide you in your search with this stunning Nicolet wristwatch. Not only has this watch one of the most desirable dial colours, but also the original leather watch strap (including buckle) and protective wax are still present on this 80-year-old vintage survivor. The thin watch case features elegant, twisted lugs which creates an extraordinary wrist-presence.

The dial is signed Charles Nicolet Tramelan. This is a rare signature for a Nicolet watch, while only very early example features this type of uncommon branding. Charles Nicolet was one of the founders of the brand in circa 1914. He was born in a watch makers family and started working on watches, movements and cylinder escapements in his small workshop in Tramelan, Switzerland at a young age.
