Product information:
This attractive oversized staybrite steel wristwatch by Longines originates from 1938, and was originally delivered to the Company Zipper, Poland, which was at the time, an official Longines distributor. The 37.5 mm. overzised case leaves an impressive presence on the wrist. The number on the caseback, matches the number on the beautifully in-house developed calibre 15.94. The dial was replaced most presumably by Longines during service. Originally, this model 3810 was also delivered with a white enamel dial with ‘Breguet numerals’. This leaves this example in a beautiful original restored vintage condition. The icing on the cake is its 18 mm. vintage riveted bracelet, which compliments the look on this rare wristwatch remarkably well.
