Omega Seamaster 166.010 cal. 562 from 1964 with Omega bracelet
Omega is a Swiss watch brand that was founded in 1848 by Louis Brandt. The brand has a long history of producing high-quality timepieces, and its watches are sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike. The Seamaster model is a particularly popular model and is arguably, one of the most important additions to the collection of every Omega collector.
This watch from the 1964 is a great example of the Omega Seamaster at its best. The 35 mm steel case houses a 562-caliber movement. This movement features a date function, which was a innovate feature at the time and can be very useful. Above the movement is the gorgeous silver-grey crosshair dial with clean steel baton markers. The clean dial also features an applied Omega logo and sophistically finished date-window.
The hands are also original to the watch. This watch comes on its original ‘Beads of Rice’ Omega bracelet in beautiful condition. To add to the charm this watch, the thick watch case appears unpolished. The icing on the cake, besides the overall original condition, Omega bracelet and crosshair dial, is the Omega Seahorse logo on the case back of the watch.
